Uninstall the Intel Rapid Storage software and the Intel Turbo boost software. I just happened to find one post of a guy that recommended this and it fixed my problem immediately. All the while I was doing this testing I couldn't find any really good ideas to fix this.

I finally Bought a new SSD and reinstalled windows 10 64 from scratch and reinstalled the games. At this point I had replaced almost everything and still had the issue.

Could it be a heating issue? I replaced all the fans. I bought a couple sticks and replaced those, no dice. Then I thought maybe it could be the RAM. Replaced it with a much better card (1080ti) and got zero results, same freezing. First, I thought it was possibly the video card and certain games that were taxing it. I just gave up on Wildlands for a long time before I tried Agents of Mayhem and had the same problem. The only difference being I could let it sit long enough to where it would eventually go back to normal (30sec to 2min), only to freeze again 15 seconds later. So I had almost the same exact issue you are having. I had this issue and replaced all kinds of stuff before figuring it out. But the GPU clock is giving a reading of 2037MHz? And the voltage is reading 0mV? Do I push the GPU clock to higher than 2037MHz?Д®DIT2: Okay so I guess that was a bad choice to make, pushing the base clock that high caused the whole pc to crash and big blue squares to appear all over the screen. On MSI afterburner the base clock is set to about 1750MHz and the boost is at 1850/1950MHz. Is this caused due to OCing the GPU? Out of nowhere Wildlands has just started freezing on me. And I'm back, more problems arising with this game.
